Frequently asked questions

We buy goods from outside the EU to stock in Sweden. We then export some of these goods to countries outside the EU. To avoid unnecessary import costs in Sweden, we would like to set up a customs warehouse. Can Tyringe assist with this?

Yes, we offer a flexible module for customs warehousing that meets the requirements of Swedish Customs. We configure the module based on your company's needs to create the most efficient handling possible based on Swedish Customs regulations.

We would like to have a single TA system for all our transport bookings. Which carriers does Tyringe Integration System support?

As long as your carriers can communicate using EDI, TIS be able to support you that way. For carriers that cannot handle EDI messages, standard shipping labels and labels are available in the system. They can be printed or sent by email. In other words, you will be able to handle all shipments using TIS.

Our customers have long demanded EDI from us and now we would like to review the possibility of communicating via EDI with our suppliers. Some of the suppliers do not have their own EDI systems, how do we solve it?

Using TIS you can provide your suppliers with two EDI solutions. First of all, through a full EDI exchange via a number of different communication protocols. For suppliers without EDI, we offer a portal solution that simplifies the manual steps for the supplier, while also getting a fully automated flow from these.

Our ERP system does not support SSCC marking and now it is required when we are going to notify our customer. Have TIS support for that management?

Yes, using TIS you can get support for picking, packing and marking based on the EDI orders you have received from your customers. TIS then alerts the customer based on the requirements placed on you.

We have been required to invoice some of our customers via the Peppol network. Can Tyringe help us with this?

Yes, Tyringe and TIS are approved both as access point and SMP within Peppol.

Which ERP systems and warehouse systems can you integrate with?

We are completely system independent. In addition, it is so simple that our customers who change ERP systems keep all their integrations with us and are not affected.

Is your customs system approved by Swedish Customs?

Yes! In addition, it is integrated with Swedish Customs and automatically updated with current legal requirements and rules.

Are your systems locally installed or a cloud solution?

We have a cloud solution for all our systems. That means you don't have to invest in any hardware.

I am supplier to ICA, Coop and Bergendahls. Can you help me?

Yes, no problem. We support and manage integration with all their systems.

Sometimes we need help to complete our customs declarations. Can you act as an agent?

We do not act as an agent in our own right, but we have many clients who are agents and have been using our system for many years. Together we can find a good solution for your needs. Contact us and we will help you.
